This design project for a 98 sq.m. townhouse in Sochi was developed for a family with two children. The project combines the comfort of country living with contemporary urban trends.

Client's Tasks and Wishes

The family wanted to create a cozy home for permanent residence, reflecting modern trends in the interior of their country house. Their requests included: a study on the first floor, separate bedrooms, and a common living area with loft-style interior design.

The house had a basic two-story layout that required adjustments to improve functionality and meet the family's needs. There was no finish work completed.

Our Design Solution

On the first floor, we positioned a living room with industrial elements, a kitchen-dining area, a bathroom, and a study. The second floor houses the parent's and children's bedrooms. The interior combines brickwork and metal with warm wood and textiles, creating the perfect balance for a family-friendly design.

When developing any project, we focus on implementing the client's wishes with maximum accuracy and completeness. After all, it is they who will live in the interiors we create. And we would be pleased if, when touching a piece of furniture, a decor item, or any detail in the apartment, they remember us with warmth.
