The complete design project includes the following set of drawings:
- Measurement plan
- Dismantling plan
- Installation plan
- Explication of premises (indicating areas)
- Furniture layout plan (2-3 options)
- Floor plan
- Scheme of laying out floor coverings with piece-by-piece calculation of material, excluding stock
- Ceiling plan (indicating heights and materials)
- Sections of the floor and ceiling (in case of complex configurations)
- Plan of underfloor heating and arrangement of heating equipment
- Plan for the placement of sanitary equipment with binding releases
- Plan-scheme of placement of air conditioners
- Layout plan for sockets, switches and electrical outlets
- Specification of electrical units
- Lighting layout plan
- Lighting scheme
- Lighting specification
- Room sweeps along the walls
- Room finishing list
- Furniture specification
- 3D visualization of the interior
Recommendations for decorating the finished interior

You leave a request in any way convenient for you, we make an appointment and inspect the object. At the meeting, measurements of the premises are taken and the terms of reference for the design are filled in (a detailed interview that will allow me to take into account all your design wishes).
The first stage of work on the project is the development of a planning solution, usually in 2-3 versions, one of which is approved by the customer.
The second stage is 3D renderings, photorealistic images of your future interior.
The third stage is already preparing a package of technical drawings for the implementation of the project.
After the customer receives the finished album, repairs can begin. In the future, you can also order the services of assembly and architectural supervision.
