Another example of how our studio managed to realize a rental apartment project.

This compact 39 sq.m. project proves that even in a small space, you can create a full-fledged and stylish vacation retreat.

Kitchen-Living Room in the Seaside Apartment
ABOUT THE PROJECT
  • Initial Conditions

An open-plan space without interior partitions (in a rough shell/frame).
  • Client Tasks and Wishes
The main task is to design an apartment for rental purposes.

Include storage spaces without compromising the living area.

  • Project features
Individual heating and hot water supply (gas boiler + heating radiators).

Materials with a long service life under intensive use, wear-resistant, not prone to dirt or scratches.

KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM
A bar counter/table clearly zones the space into a living area and a kitchen area, while still leaving plenty of free space for moving around.

This is how it looks in the design (left photo) and in the finished property (right photo).
A slight deviation from the design is the color of the sofa. The client wanted to add coziness to the living room — not just a single bright accent like a cushion, but to make the sofa itself bright, yet not garish. The choice of upholstery color fell on a soft lilac shade. As you can see, the strict living room turned into a charming one. The green curtains also softened the interior's formality.
Зона гостиной в объединенном пространстве

You’ll agree: you're unlikely to want to cook a full lunch or dinner when the Black Sea, blue sky, and palm trees on the shore are just outside the window. At most - make coffee with toast for breakfast while discussing sightseeing or shopping plans.

Finished property:
BEDROOM
Left photo - design solution, right photo - finished property.

On the accent bright wall, we placed independent lighting points (convenient for reading without disturbing a partner).

A spacious wardrobe in the bedroom adds another storage space for clothes. It can store not only bedding but also personal items.

And in the topmost drawers, you can keep extra pillows and blankets for friends who stay late.

The result - nothing superfluous in the bedroom. Everything is in its place and hidden from view.

ENTRYWAY

Entryway: To the left of the entrance - door to the bathroom and toilet. To the right of the entrance - a spacious walk-in closet. Straight ahead from the entrance — door to the bedroom and the entrance to the combined living room-kitchen area.
WALK-IN CLOSET
The walk-in closet can accommodate not only suitcases but also a large amount of clothing and footwear.
BATHROOM WITH SHOWER

The fittings include: toilet, shower, sink, and washing machine. Above the machine, a spacious cabinet for cleaning products and supplies is installed - every small item is hidden, ensuring visual order.
More photos from the property:
The main highlight of the property is a well-thought-out storage system, which is rarely found in apartments of this size:
A separate walk-in closet accessible from the hallway - though small in size, it's very functional. And a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe in the bedroom.
  • The balcony - a pleasant addition for morning coffee or evening tea.
  • An important advantage: Individual heating and hot water supply (gas boiler + radiators). This allows comfortable living in the apartment all year round, not just during the season.
When developing any project, we focus on implementing the client's wishes with maximum accuracy and in full. After all, they will be living in the interiors we create. And it will be a pleasure for us if, when touching the furniture, an interior object, or any detail in the apartment, they remember us warmly.
Yours, KStudio.
