Our studio overcame the challenge of a complex layout by implementing this functional design for a 59.3 sq.m. apartment in Batumi. The project proves that non-standard room geometry is not an obstacle but an opportunity to create a unique interior.

Multifunctional Kitchen-Living Room in a Seaside Apartment

Client's Tasks and Wishes

A young couple passionate about cooking set an ambitious task for us: to organize a full-size kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of work surfaces in the apartment. Additional wishes included an isolated bedroom, a walk-in closet, and a cozy living room.

LIVING ROOM

The living area is executed in a calm gray-beige palette. Bright accents of the chair upholstery resemble pieces of green sea glass washed ashore among beach stones. Such a living room promotes relaxation and tranquility.

Initial Conditions

The room had a complex shape with many angles and protrusions, which visually fragmented the space and made its organization extremely difficult. A non-standard layout solution for an apartment in Georgia was required.

KITCHEN

Full-Size Multifunctional Kitchen

In this project, we needed to create a full-size multifunctional kitchen with modern appliances and ample work surfaces. After all, our clients love and know how to cook.

Our Design Solution

The kitchen, as the clients wanted, became the heart of this home. All cabinet furniture was custom-made to perfectly fit the room's forms.

By skillfully placing partitions and furniture, we softened the room's geometry, turning flaws into advantages. All niches were used to organize smart storage systems.

BEDROOM

This design project transforms the bedroom into an oasis of privacy where tranquility reigns. A palette of soft gray and beige tones, an abundance of light, and a variety of textures create an incredibly cozy atmosphere. Functionality is thought out to the smallest detail: from convenient storage systems to a separate work area.

When developing any project, we focus on implementing the client's wishes with maximum accuracy and completeness. After all, it is they who will live in the interiors we create. And we would be pleased if, when touching a piece of furniture, a decor item, or any detail in the apartment, they remember us with warmth.
