Apartment for a young couple
We developed an elegant interior design in Georgia for a young couple. This project for a 64.5 sq.m. apartment with a view in Batumi's "Black Sea Towers" complex is executed in a contemporary style with an emphasis on comfort and the future.
Client's Tasks and Wishes
The newlyweds approached us to create a modern living space. A key requirement was to develop a layout for the Batumi apartment with the prospect of starting a family, providing for the easy transformation of a study into a nursery.
Living room
The living area features a serene color palette, with soft materials selected for the furniture to evoke a feeling of being enveloped, thereby enhancing the sense of comfort
Initial Conditions
The premises were an open layout without internal partitions (a "raw frame"), which provided creative freedom but required careful development of all engineering solutions from scratch
The kitchen in this apartment is designed for maximum ergonomics. Numerous storage solutions keep the countertops clear, preserving the clean and minimalist look of the space
The lounge area seamlessly integrates with the kitchen and dining space. Enjoying a cup of coffee or an evening meal is made even more pleasant by the window seating, made possible by the truly spectacular view
The floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in light and offer spectacular views, evoking a sense of vastness and connection to the sea
Our Design Solution
We developed a rational and functional layout with clear zoning. The study was designed with its future transformation in mind. The main feature was the use of panoramic glazing, which fills the space with light and opens up stunning views, creating a sense of spaciousness and unity with the sea.
The bedroom is not just a place for privacy and rest, but also a space where we spend almost a third of our lives. Therefore, it should be the most comfortable place in the apartment.
When developing any project, we focus on implementing the client's wishes with maximum accuracy and completeness. After all, it is they who will live in the interiors we create. And we would be pleased if, when touching a piece of furniture, a decor item, or any detail in the apartment, they remember us with warmth.
