This represents another example of how our studio designs first-line apartments in Kobuleti. Such compact 43 sq.m. projects demonstrate that even limited space can be transformed into a fully functional and stylish retreat.

Seaside Kitchen-Living Area

Client's Requirements and Preferences

The main objective was to plan a seasonal vacation apartment in Kobuleti, maximizing the efficiency of every square meter. It was essential to incorporate numerous storage solutions and create a calm, relaxing atmosphere inspired by the seaside.

LIVING ROOM

Initial Conditions

The space featured an open layout without internal partitions ("raw frame"), which provided creative freedom but required thorough development of all engineering solutions from scratch.

Our Design Solution

We designed and custom-crafted all cabinet furniture with integrated storage systems, including the bed and sofa.

The dominant feature of the interior became a muted green color that echoes the landscape outside the window, creating a modern seaside apartment design in Georgia, filled with light and air.

KITCHEN

The kitchen in this apartment is compact and vibrant. For breakfast, you can brew a couple cups of aromatic coffee and enjoy it on the balcony while taking in the view of the Black Sea, blue skies, and shoreline palms.

BEDROOM

The bedroom design in this project plays with textures and materials, accentuated by bright decorative accents.

And of course, our favorite (and not just ours!) panoramic glazing. It's simply impossible to hide these stunning sea views! That would be a crime on our part. After all, the main gem of any coastal apartment is undoubtedly the views from the windows.

ENTRANCE HALL

To the right of the entrance - a door leading to the bathroom and toilet, along with a shoe cabinet and coat hanger. Straight ahead - a spacious walk-in closet. To the right of the wardrobe are the door to the bedroom and the entrance to the combined kitchen-living area.

BATHROOM

When developing any project, we focus on implementing the client's wishes with maximum accuracy and completeness. After all, it is they who will live in the interiors we create. And we would be pleased if, when touching a piece of furniture, a decor item, or any detail in the apartment, they remember us with warmth.
